* **Happiness Boost**: In addition to cleanliness, your PettBro's happiness will receive a positive boost. The happiness increase typically ranges from **5 to 15 points.**

### 🧼 Rubbing

* **Cleanliness Status**: When you opt for rubbing your PettBro, you will experience a slight boost in its cleanliness status. The increase typically ranges from 2 to 7 points, with the average gain of 5 points.
* **Happiness Boost**: In addition to cleanliness, your PettBro's happiness will receive a positive boost. The happiness increase typically ranges from 1 to 5 points.

To maintain your PettBro’s hunger level, you should feed it regularly. If the hunger of your PettBro is too low (below 20%), you won’t be able to play mini-games with him.

* **Average Randomised Penalty:** 0.025

> After all penalties considered, the hunger stat decreases on average by 0.0944 points per minute.

## ❤️ Health

Your PettBro’s health is crucial for its well-being. You can restore health by eating healthy food or by drinking health potions. Neglecting its health can lead to your PettBro refusal to eat!

Experience Points (XP) represent your PettBro's growth and accomplishments that can be earned by engaging in a wide range of activities, such as buying and using consumables, playing mini-games, or simply maintaining your PettBro's health. As your PettBro accumulates XP, it levels up and gains access to new features and bonuses!

Each level requires a certain amount of XP where the higher your level is, the more XP you need. The function that expresses the player's level goes as follows,

A PettBro's death occurs when **all** of the vital statistics drop top 0 points for an extreme and extended period of time.

1. **🚨 Critical State Trigger**

   PettBros won't perish instantly upon reaching these low stats. Instead, it enters a critical state, and a 48h countdown to potential death begins.<br>
2. 🕒 **Monitoring the Countdown**

   During this period, the system continuously monitors the PettBro’s stats and the time elapsed since entering the critical state.<br>
3. 💀 **Final Determination**

   If, after the specified timeframe, the PettBro's stats remain critically low, it enters the **Heaven State.**&#x20;

The **ATM Transfers** feature within the PettAI wallet system allows players to transfer $AIP tokens seamlessly between each other with zero gas fees. Every time a transfer occurs, a small 2% tax is applied, which is automatically reverted back to the community, helping maintain the ecosystem’s growth and stability.

1. **In-Game EOA Wallets**: When players mint their **PettBro**, the PettAI wallet system automatically generates an in-game Externally Owned Account (EOA) wallet for them. This wallet is specifically tied to their in-game actions, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
2. **Transferring $AIP**: Players can transfer **$AIP** tokens to other players within the game using their in-game EOA wallets. The transfer process is instantaneous, and importantly, there are no gas fees associated with the transaction, which makes it cost-effective for users.
3. **Zero Gas Fees**: One of the key benefits of this system is that there are no gas fees for players to worry about. This makes in-game transactions smooth and efficient, without the added burden of transaction costs that are common in many blockchain-based systems.

The **Real-Time Inflation Module** *(RTIM)* is an advanced economic adaptor that is designed to maintain and govern a healthy in-game economy. As players navigate through the world of Pett.ai, they witness the bank's agility firsthand. But how does it work?

Picture a scenario where Pett.ai's token, the in-game currency, surges in value by a whopping 15% versus the dollar, in a 1-hour period. Like a vigilant guardian of the economy, the Pett.ai Central Bank steps in to promptly respond, adjusting the prices of in-game items and rewards by a variable factor along a inflation/deflation pricing curve according to the **RTIM Module**.

### 💰 On-Chain Pricing

At the core of this system is a methodical data fetching process. The module gathers trading price information every hour. However, to avoid potential exploitation and sudden market manipulation, the module employs a unique smoothing mechanism.&#x20;

Once the data is collected, the module computes the **Real-Time Inflation Metric** *(RTIM)* off-chain. This metric is pivotal in understanding the real-time value of the in-game currency, reflecting the latest market conditions. Based on the RTIM and the overall economic needs of the game, the Central Bank makes calculated decisions to either inflate or deflate the in-game currency's value.&#x20;

The RTIM doesn’t stop there. It weaves in a tapestry of simulated economic events, from black swan occurrences like natural disasters to market crashes and commodity shortages. These events are more than mere obstacles; they are catalysts that compel players to adapt, strategise, and survive, mirroring the unpredictability of real-world economies.

For modelling the probability distribution of the black swan events we will be using the **Normal-Inverse Gaussian** (NIG) probability density function due to its heavy-tailed nature. Its heavy tails capture the higher probability of extreme changes in market conditions, making it a more appropriate tool for representing the risk of black swan events in financial data.

No one escapes Uncle Sam.

The IRS (Internal Revenue System) is a new feature within the Pett.AI Central Bank designed to regulate and enforce tax collection on withdrawals. It introduces a taxation system based on player levels and offers a strategic mechanism to reduce tax rates by employing accountants. The IRS ensures compliance and fairness while maintaining the stability of the in-game economy.

### Key Mechanics

#### **1. Withdrawal Restrictions During IRS Activation**

* **No new withdrawals** can be created while the IRS is active.
* Players can **jump the queue** or place withdrawals in the queue but **cannot create new ones**.
* **Claiming rewards remains active at all times.**

#### **2. IRS Audit Triggers**

* Every time an **IRS audit begins, new withdrawals stop**.
* Audits are **randomized events**. No one knows when it's going to happen.
* This ensures a controlled taxation process and prevents tax evasion.

2. Second-level referral (Level 2): If Player B refers Player C, Player A (the original referrer) receives 2% of the tokens Player C earns each week.
3. Third-level referral (Level 3): If Player C refers Player D, Player A receives 1% of the tokens Player D earns each week, and Player B (who referred Player C) receives 3% of Player D's tokens.

The referral chain stops at the third level. Referrers do not receive any percentage of tokens earned by players beyond the third level.

## Deposit Rewards

In order to increase your in-game purchasing power, you can buy $AIP tokens on Aerodrome (Base L2) and top-up your PettBro's inventory. To do that, you'll need to transfer the tokens to the Telegram's hosted wallet or connected wallet (for more details revert [here](https://docs.pett.ai/overview/in-app-wallet)) and only then deposit on Pett.ai.

Notwhistanding, depositing $AIP in-game awards your companion with some extra experience points! The amount of XP earned increases with the amount of $AIP deposited, but this relationship follows a square root function, meaning the rewards grow at a decreasing rate as the deposit amount increases.

For example, depositing 100 units of $AIP would yield approximately 39.47 XP, increasing your companion's level.

&#x20;  \- If you want to expedite your withdrawal, you can choose the "Jump Queue" option. This feature allows you to prioritize your transaction for a faster processing time. Be aware that this may incur additional fees.

7\. Check Gas Fees:

&#x20;  \- Ensure you have sufficient ETH for gas fees, which are minimal on the Base network. Check the estimated fee when initiating a withdrawal.

8\. Complete the Withdrawal:

#### Withdrawal Handling Rules

* **Dead pets with available withdrawals**
  * If a pet dies while having **available withdrawals**, those withdrawals are **cleared daily**.
  * You have until **12:00 AM (same day)** to **revive the pet**.
  * If the pet is not revived by this time, the available withdrawals are **deleted**.
* **Refund of long-pending available withdrawals**
  * Any withdrawal that remains **available (unqueued)** for **15 consecutive days** is **automatically refunded**.
  * Once refunded, the withdrawal is **invalidated**, and the withdrawal process must be **started again**.

#### Withdrawal Constraints

**Eligibility**

* A pet **must be at least level 20** to request a withdrawal.
* Pets below level 20 **cannot initiate withdrawals** under any circumstance.

**Withdrawal Limits per Level**

The **maximum amount of $AIP per withdrawal transaction** is determined by the pet’s level:

* **Level 20** → up to **15,000 $AIP**
* **Level 35** → up to **30,000 $AIP**
* **Level 50** → up to **50,000 $AIP**
* **Level 75** → up to **75,000 $AIP**

> Limits apply **per transaction**, not per day or per account.

**Active Withdrawal Cap**

* Each pet can have **a maximum of 5 active withdrawals** at any given time.
* Once the limit is reached, **no additional withdrawal requests** can be created until one is completed, refunded, or deleted.

### Jump Queue

The **Jump Queue** system allows players to speed up their withdrawals by spending a **percentage of their $AIP amount** to skip a **percentage of the queue** ahead of them. Instead of waiting in line, players can choose to move up faster, ensuring quicker access to their funds while keeping the system fair and balanced.

### **Slashing Function**

The Withdrawal Slash Function is designed to balance fairness & incentives taking two factors into consideration, elapsed time since initiating the withdrawal and the PettBro's level. The slash is only applied to tokens earned in-game. All $AIP tokens bought and deposited are exempt from any type of slash and can be withdrawn anytime.

The **Jump Queue System** is a new feature that allows players to expedite their withdrawals by using a portion of their **$AIP stack**. Instead of waiting in the global withdrawal queue, players can pay a fee to skip ahead, ensuring faster access to their funds.

2. **Wait for the Desired Tax Rate** – Players can choose to wait until they see a [slashing rate](/tokenomics/deposits-and-withdrawals#slashing-function) they are comfortable with.
3. **Lock in the Tax Rate & Enter the Queue** – Once satisfied, players confirm their withdrawal and enter the queue.
4. **Wait or Use Jump Queue** – Players can either wait for their turn or use **$AIP** to skip ahead.
5. **Withdrawal Becomes Available** – Once it’s their turn, the withdrawal is ready with no restrictions. *Players must press the "Available" button and claim the withdraw.*

* **Maximum Pending Withdrawals:** Each player can have up to **9 withdrawals** in the queue at any given time.
* **Withdrawal Caps per Pet Level:**
  * **Level 75:** Up to **75,000 $AIP**

  * **Level 25:** Up to **30,000 $AIP**
  * **Level 15:** Up to **15,000 $AIP**
* **Jump Queue Mechanism:**
  * Each **Jump** costs **a percentage of the withdrawal amount**.
  * A jump skips **a percentage of the total $AIP ahead** in the queue.
  * Example: For a percentage of 10%, if there are **1,000 $AIP** ahead of a withdrawal in the queue, using Jump Queue attempts to move up until there are **900 $AIP** ahead instead.

* The queue updates automatically through a **cron job**.

The Pett.ai Community (also known as, the "PettBros") is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where people can interact, contribute, evangelize, and learn. This Code of Conduct governs how the PettBros should behave in both public forums and when interacting with each other. We expect everyone who claims affiliation with, participates in, and represents the project officially or informally to honor this Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces, as well as situations when an individual is officially representing the community in public spaces.&#x20;

### Enforcement

Community Leaders, such as PettBros, casual players, and moderators, are responsible for **clarifying and enforcing** our standards of acceptable behavior. They will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful. Community Leaders are obligated to follow the **Community Impact and Enforcement Guidelines** attached to this Code of Conduct.

Community Leaders have the **right and responsibility** to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned with this Code of Conduct. They will communicate reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate.

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the Community Leaders.&#x20;

### Community Impact and Enforcement Guidelines

Community Leaders will follow these **Community Impact and Enforcement Guidelines** in determining the consequences for any action they deem in violation of this Code of Conduct:

#### 1. **Correction**

**Community Impact:** A single use of inappropriate language or other behavior deemed unprofessional or unwelcome in the community.

**Consequence:** Deletion or removal of the post in question, in addition to communicating which rule was violated and how to avoid such violations in the future. If the action was in person, direct communication with that individual to identify which rule was violated and how to avoid such violations in the future.

#### 2. **Warning**

**Community Impact:** A violation through a single incident or series of actions.

**Consequence:** A warning with consequences for continued behavior. No interaction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction with those enforcing the Code of Conduct, for a specified period of time. This includes avoiding interactions in community spaces as well as external channels like Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Community Forum, etc. Violating these terms may lead to a temporary or permanent ban.

#### 3. **Temporary Ban**

**Community Impact:** A serious violation of community standards, including sustained inappropriate behavior.

**Consequence:** A temporary ban from any sort of interaction or public communication with the Community for a specified period of time. No public or private interaction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction with those enforcing the Code of Conduct, is allowed during this period. Violating these terms may lead to a permanent ban.

#### 4. **Permanent Ban**

**Community Impact:** Demonstrating a pattern of violation of community standards, including sustained inappropriate behavior, harassment of an individual, or aggression toward or disparagement of classes of individuals.

**Consequence:** Permanent removal from any sort of interaction or public communication with the Community. If an individual has alternate accounts, those may be removed as well. No public or private interaction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction with those enforcing the Code of Conduct, is allowed.
